Your monthly e-commerce income should be at least 5x your monthly expenses โ meaning if your household expenses are 100,000 PKR, you should be making at least 500,000 PKR from e-commerce. Only then can you sustain yourself and your family in the long term and stay secure. From day one, your focus should be on scaling your monthly income to at least 5x your expenses; otherwise, even a 2โ3 day social media disruption can eat up 10โ40% of your monthly earnings.
